As soon as we got the new base, our LR3 started to become stuck almost every cycle upside down with a slowly flashing yellow light. We tried every troubleshooting method, made sure our cats were not entering while it was cycling, made sure the litter was filled a bit below the line, ensured the bonnet was properly connected and everything.1- Remove the old bag. 2- Wipe the DFI sensor’s circuit boards on each side. 3- Install the new bag. 4- Press the “Reset” button on the robot. 5- Reset the level on the app. (For wi-fi model) Note: Steps 4 and 5 must be done in that order according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

When I get the yellow flashing lights, I lift the globe, vacuum out the litter, reset it in the right position, then I unplug it from the back of the box. Before plugging it back in, I hold in the cycle button, plug in while holding the button in, release, and it works again.
