First, hook off the camera from the app. Open the app > select camera > navigate to settings tab > hit Remove Device. To reset the wired doorbell model; Remove the doorbell from the mounting with the release tool. Find the release hole on the bottom or top. Turn the doorbell to access the back side.
Two things to try. Change the channel on your router. Channels 1 and 11 are the best for 2.4 Ghz. If those channels are in use, check for a channel that’s not in use. I had the exact same issue this morning on my Indoor 2k camera. 2 of 3 were offline. I received no notification but realized the issue when checking the app before leaving for work. The firmware update was done on July 4th for my cameras. I had to power cycle my cameras as well to get them fixed the refresh button in the app did nothing.
