so dxp = Double exp week. Bxp = bonus exp, the green number for that skill. Bxp is basically stored experience that you have to train the skill to skill to receive. When you train that skill with bxp you will get 1.5x the normal exp you would get, and the extra 50% gets deducted from your bxp number.
