On 10.15, go to your finder and open your phone window. Enable sync over WiFi. This should clear up the issue and allow you to refresh. Lol, I dont get it. The way I use altstore: -Connect iPhone to pc via cable. -they need to be on the same network, i usually use mobile internet,so my pc gets the same network also. -then hit refresh, after you done you can disconnect from pc and it works perfectly.
