I interviewed at AxleHire (United States) Interview. Straightforward interview process with senior company leadership - three calls within about two weeks. Discussed experience, challenges of last-mile delivery, focus on growth + expansion. Friendly, approachable team. Got an offer within ~2 weeks and accepted. The management is sloppy, at best. The office has roaches and no one seems to want to remove the full trash cans. After 2 years with the company, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that is looking for a career. You get very little training and you're expected to figure out every system you use and deal with irate drivers with no in office support.Axlehire are reliable, consistent and very communicative with their customers.
