Has somewhat more standard AK/AKM parts, does not need the filler block in the receiver etc. to keep the shorter piston on the BCG in the piston tube etc. However, unless there's a full length non-NFA AK/AKM sitting next to it... it does not look very "SBR" at all. The zpap is a 10 inch barrel, and $900 with polymer furniture, the draco is the 12.5 inch version with wooden furniture for $800. I think I'd prefer the 10 inch barrel, but the wooden furniture, but can't win them all. I'd like to add the folding triangle brace (I'm open to buying one already set up with the brace if it makes sense as well). Think I saw SHOT show footage showing a C39 pistol that looks like a milled Draco. However, the Draco in it's standard form is basically a stamped Romanian AK chopped down so that the muzzle is just forward of the gas block (which contains the sight). Receiver and internals are standard AK. The mini and micro use a short piston & gas system. Neither are good choices for a first gun, but given the choice go with the Draco. They're both inaccurate, hard to control, and will give you a headache from the concussion and noise. If you want a good first gun, get a nice 22lr rifle. They're cheap to shoot (like $20 bucks for 100 rounds), easy to clean, and low recoil.
